this new professional adventure by inaugurating its new office at 39 Via Giovanni Boccaccio, Milan, which will open its doors to art by hosting temporary exhibitions of famous or emerging artists.<\/p>\n<p>For the inauguration of the new office, LEGLAB Avvocati chose the photographs of Luca Ortolani Klein, which, thanks to the author&#8217;s rebellious and penetrating gaze, become a manifesto of freedom, breaking the shackles of conformism.<\/p>\n<p>Luca captures the beauty of natural landscapes through the contrast of extreme hues or through the rigour of black and white; the the correctness of a dismissal for extra-work-related conduct that violated the so-called &#8216;ethical minimum&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>LEGLAB Avvocati represented and defended the company: in the present case, the conduct inherent in the employee&#8217;s private life, normally irrelevant for the purposes of damaging the relationship of trust between employee and employer, takes on relevance for this purpose and may constitute just cause for dismissal, where actions and conduct outside the sphere of the contract are such, by their seriousness and nature, as to undermine that trust which is the essential prerequisite for cooperation between employer and employee, in that they are detrimental to the interests of the company or, in any event, manifestly contrary to common
