in both the physiological and pathological phases of the contract, including:<br \/>\n&#8211; changes in contractual conditions, transfers, assignments, changes in duties and qualifications, secondments, as well as procedures and policies for the management of confidentiality, use of IT tools and e-mail.<br \/>\n&#8211; disciplinary procedures, individual and collective dismissals, redundancy and mobility procedures, structuring of solidarity contracts.<br \/>\nWe take care of the management of agency and business procurement relationships, supporting companies &#8211; taking into account the specific needs of the production sector in which they operate and sector regulations &#8211; in the drafting of agency contracts, in the execution phase of the relevant relationships and in the termination phase.<br \/>\nOur services also include:<br \/>\n&#8211; Drafting of individual employment contracts, with particular expertise in executive contracts and the contractualisation of top managers and members of the board of directors or company boards, and in the drafting of special clauses such as non-competition, stability, confidentiality and privacy agreements, prohibition of personnel transfers and protection of know-how.<br \/>\n&#8211; Preparation of incentive and corporate welfare plans, drafting of disciplinary and ethical codes, company regulations and policies.<br \/>\n&#8211; Assistance and advice to companies on the delegation of functions in the field of health and safety at work;<br \/>\n&#8211; Management of negotiations with trade union representatives.<br \/>\n&#8211; Legal assistance at all stages and levels of proceedings for labour disputes before the Employment Tribunals and all judicial authorities, as well as at the appeal and cassation levels.<br \/>\n&#8211;
